Who are we? Mike Segal is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Residential Management Professional (RMP.) He has a Master's degree in Counseling and is a former peace officer. Marilyn Segal is a licensed Real Estate Agent and business manager for Mike Segal Properties. Sheila Sarsfield, our assistant property manager, has extensive managerial experience with a background in service-based industries. Sheila has attained her California Certified Residential Management (CCRM) designation. Tim Segal provides emergency coverage for us on holidays & weekends. Lori Churi, the most recent addition to our staff, brings a new dimension to our service offerings...staging and interior design. Lori has a BFA degree in Interior Design.

Our Affiliations: Mike, Marilyn and Sheila are members of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), Tri-County Apartment Association (TCAA) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Mike is past President of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of NARPM and currently teaches a property management course at UC Santa Cruz. The Segals have been involved in real estate sales and property management for more than 20 years. Mike Segal Properties manages approximately 175 residential units throughout Santa Clara County and enjoys a brisk real estate sales volume.
