Mike Segal Properties will help you determine if staging is appropriate for your home. We have an experienced and reasonable interior designer on staff.

MLS/Advertising
The property is listed on the Multiple Listing Service; generally, a lock box and "For Sale" sign are installed. Mike Segal Properties advertises the property in the newspaper, on the Internet and in various real estate publications. Flyers are posted at the property. Tours and open houses are scheduled.

Representation
The Seller is represented at each step of the sales process including preparation of the property for sale, contractual agreements, price and condition negotiations, inspections and the escrow process.
